Iowa Laborers Education and Training Fund knows Training helps employers compete with higher productivity and quality, which in turn helps workers earn more and have more opportunity. There for it is essential Apprentices take as much training as possible to become qualified professional construction workers. Local 177 Journeyman set examples off the jobsite as well by attending classes to remain current in all forms of their training as well as taking any new classes available and essential for keeping up with the changing times and technology of construction.
